It's quite obvious the OP is either trolling (most likely) or doesn't really know much of what they are trying to talk about. Most of those skills are either conditional, cost a lot, have long recharges, are easily counterable or just plain not very good....or all of the above. And a lot of the numbers/effects are wrong too.

Either way i had a good laugh.
